I dont have a fax at home because I am just starting what do you suggest if a client wants to send you receipts to keep track of his expense from his business checking account. He wants to send me his statments but I dont think thats a good idea to keep proper track of his expenses. I suggested sending me a copy of his receipts. I would suggest getting copies of both the receipts and the statement. It is much easier to reconcile the accounts if you have everything. If you don't want to get an efax. Have him mail the copies to you to or email the copies to you.

This is probably the easiest for the client, although more time for you (and more billable hours).
