Which phone system for answering clients phones?
Hi Guys:
We are in the process of changing our phone system to a less complicated system for answering our clients call. We're expanding this service. However, I'd like to know if there is anyone out there that's answer calls for clients with success using a certain PBX, or whatever. We're looking at using Ring Central. Any insight? Or do you know of something better?
We'd like to hear your experiences with certain phone systems, etc as well as, how you're using these systems to represent your client's company.
Any information will be appreciated.
Thanks a million!

Ring Central and Grasshopper are the best services I know of. Try both and see which one works best for you.

Thanks Andrea. We've decided to go with Ring Central. But I will still look into Grasshopper.

I have loved what Ring Central has to offer (how have you enjoyed it), and actually have not heard of Grasshopper, I will be looking into that. I would love to find a simpler way to provide virtual receptionist for my clients

This was right on time for me too. I am in the planning stages and looking for a great phone system. Looks like Ring Central and Grasshopper are great choices depending on your needs.

Re: Which phone system for answering clients phones?
Can someone confirm to me Ring Central is a virtual call service allowing calls to be transferred to me? I'm reading the website and it is not clear the service offers what I need because my need is this, a service I can setup which allows my client phones to be transferred directly to my phone.

Re: Which phone system for answering clients phones?
Also what I'm not getting is will this system allow me to program the customers business number into the system and then transfer those calls to me. Maybe I need to call the service. LOL
