I am searching for a phone provider and was all set to get Ring Central after much researching.

But I just found another service highly recommended by a VA on her blog.

I never heard of this company before so I am going to research it for yourself before deciding anything. I will post what I find shortly hopefully later on today.

They have different features but the below plan is the best from what I read...

1) $199 for 2 years (paid in advance I believe)
2) unlimited calling in the US and Canada
3) e-911 service (which is a great feature)
4) 2 phone lines on one phone
5) unlimited faxing

At the moment I havent had the need for a system but my husband has vonage here and it can handle one more phone number so I will probably just use that. Its VOIP and already set up..

Thanks for your input. Obviously the US is a lot more advanced than the UK in the services offered - but apparently Ring Central is available here which is good news.

Denise for one of my clients I make and take calls and he has provided me with a cell phone. For 2 other clients I generally use my Skype for all of their calls. I have a generic VM message on there which helps with any business confusion.
