Default Phone Service for Out-of-US Users who need to punch-in an access number
Hello,
I arranged a teleconference for a coach client I have who uses www.FreeConference.com to conduct teleclasses. She is located in the midwest.

We had a participant from Australia who wanted to phone in using Skype but was unable to do so as she had to input an access number. Apparently Skype wouldn't allow her to input the access number.

I am not familiar with Skype.

Is there another service besides Skype that would allow the participant to dial-in from Australia that I could recommend? We are running two other teleclasses and perhaps I could make another phone suggestion. She would need the ability to plug in an access number, of course.

Thanks,
Jan

That's odd, I've used Skype in that way myself and it was fine; there's also Gizmo which is similar to Skype, but I've never used it to access a teleseminar.

Thanks Tess. I'll suggest Gizmo. I appreciate it.
