I just wanted to share a little feature I discovered in Outlook - Post Reply to Folder. You can access it either by CTRL+SHIFT+S which creates a new (blank) Post or within an email by selecting Actions tab and then Post Reply to Folder - like replying to yourself with an email you received.

It creates a Post to your Inbox or other mail/personal folder in Outlook and has a post-it note like icon to segregate it from the other emails. I've found a ton of uses for it, especially when coupled with Outlook's categories.

It's original intention is for collaboration in public folders but I think it's a great little feature to use for funneling or capturing bits of information.
