Does anyone use OneSuite Fax? I was sent a fax and never recieved it. When I email the company I got the auto response. Any thoughts on why I would not get this fax? I am registered for OneSuite Fax Plus.
How large was the fax and does your email provider allow for large files to be received?

OneSuite Fax has no size limit for inbound fax. However, your e-mail account provider may have a smaller maximum file-size, in which case such limit will determine the largest fax size you can receive.
It was only one page...size should have had nothing to do with it. Plus it was for our church's bulletin so I dont think there was anything special that would cause the delay. I know he mention it went through find on his end but nothing on mine. Does the program need to be open all the time to receive a fax? I know other fax programs I have used I could close and open and I would still receive the fax.
Onesuite Fax Plus user here. No you don't need the program to be opened to receive fax as the fax will automatically forwarded to your email. Please check your spam folder as sometimes your email application will mistakenly tag it as a spam. For example, the first time I registered here at VAF, the confirmation email was on my spam folder.
Check the basics too like if you gave the right fax number and if you are checking the correct email address. Also instead of sending email to Onesuite support, try calling their Toll Free number to get your answer faster. Usually they Onesuite support can tell you the reason why you didn't get your fax.
