I have one number that ends in xx00 for another business. I was wondering if anyone else has either more that one business and if they both have the same numbers listed with 411. I don't want to get another phone number. I am trying to cut down on expenses. I already have a $100 per month cell phone bill.

It is so funny I came across this today. I had a very long, in depth conversation with Verizon today about this. Recently I set up my business phone number and explained I needed two numbers and they would need to have two different 411 listings. The c/s rep said no problem. Not to get two separate accounts but to have one number as the "main" number and the other one could have a "different" directory listing. Well that is not true. The lady on the phone stated they can't do such a thing. I explained to her what was said when I set up my service and she said "oh no you must have heard it wrong". I don't think so because I called 2 more times to confirm this and each time was told yes.

Well my phones are in service and no they don't have two different 411 listings. ugggghhhh so frustrating. I am now trying to decide what to do. In the meantime I did have her take the id info off my second line so it shows as restricted on caller ID until I can figure this out.

I know not much help. If you find out any info on this I'd love to get it from you.
