I'm not sure if this the best spot to ask this question or not...

Currently I use Gmail to host and run my main inbox. I love Gmail actually and have come to rely upon it in so many ways but there are some things I don't like and the big one is not have a consistent signature line. Great add-ons that in the past few months only work part of the time.

It is starting to cut into my time spent on replying to email, needing to reload to get the signature to show up correctly.

Are there any suggestions on webmail hosting for multiple email addresses? With my growing team and my need to have consistent online access to my email I'm looking for options but so far have not found something that might be a good fit.

Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly welcome.

Does you web host offer emails with its hosting program? You could then be marta (at) yoursite.com and your team members could have their own addresses as well.

I use Outlook and have all my professional email account set up with signatures assigned based on the email address. This makes my signatures cohesive overall but specific to the account in which I am sending. Plus, by adding them to the email address I never have to type them, they simply attach.
