Default Incredimail too unbusiness like?
What do you think of email like incredimail.
I have tried sticking to Outlook but I am not really impressed with its limited options.
Any suggestions?

I wouldn't use incredimail for business, I have used it in the past for personal. Email security settings are as such now that most of the wallpapers and stuff don't come through anyway with having to go through a big ordeal to get your email to allow all that stuff.

I use Office Outlook myself. Since you may not know what the operating system is with other computers - Outlook is compatible with just about everything

Yup incredimail got some compatibility issues and it isn't secured at all. I would stick to Outlook if I were you.

Incredimail is not the best option to use for email. I would suggest you use a program that does not send animated graphics at the bottom of every email you send out. Incredimail also does give you the added options of keeping your calendar, tasks, journal, etc in one place.

If you don't like Outlook, what about using Gmail. It is free and very good option for all your email accounts to come into. You could also look into Thunderbird, I have heard it is a great program as well.

All the best of luck with choosing the right program for your needs.

Outlook is not really all that limited. Are you sure you are not using something like Outlook Express? I do not like Outlook, but....it is robust in its features.

For whatever reason I always feel I have to say "this is just my opinion":

P.S. If you even suspect that something is too unprofessional? Consider it unprofessional and find something else.

I think if you need to check email and answer email while away from home? That is the only time I think checking email and answering email from such software is okay, but I would also have a signature file attach stating "emailed from Blackberry/iPhone/SideKick", etc.

When people can't see us face to face? We really need all that much more to show our integrity in which they place trust. If something even so much as crosses your mind? Take heed, listen, research another alternative.
