Hi, Kim and All:
I'd love to chime in here. I've done extensive research on these kinds of services and I've found that choosing the right phone system depends entirely on your individual needs. GotVmail has a great reputation but it's a bit pricier than other options in the market. My personal favorite is
Ringcentral (note:this is my affiliate link. Feel free to share the love if you decide to sign up) . I've found them to be the easiest to set up and has the most reasonable pricing for the value they provide.
One thing to keep in mind however is that if you have a lot of call traffic (over, say, 500 minutes a month) you may look into a voip option instead. All Virtual PBX's (which is the geek term for services like GotVMail and RC) charge per minute of usage and it can get expensive quick if your usage is quite high.
