You can get a Skype phone number for a monthly fee, not sure of the price. I've been meaning to look into getting a Magic Jack as well. I use Magic Jack -- but I am not in Canada -- give them a BIG thumbs up. I am a roadie as well -- my office is set up in our motor coach. I picked up a Magic Jack and headset today, will get it set up tomorrow and let you know how it works. It was $50cdn, first year free. I hope I like it!
