Default faxdigits.com - Is it coming back?
Hi everybody!

I saw a post about the necessity of a fax machine. Someone suggested using two different online fax services, one for free incoming and another that offers free outgoing faxes. I tried the outgoing fax on faxzero.com. It worked great! Thanks so much for that tip, by the way! Anyway, faxdigits.com is currently down and seems to have been that way since October. Does anyone know anything about it? Is it coming back? Do you have any other suggestions for incoming mail?

Thanks

I did a little checking, and I can not find an answer to your question in regards to Faxdigits. I did however find www.k7.net that seems to offer the same service that Faxdigits did.

Hope this helps you.

You could also try efax.com. You can set up a free account for incoming faxes. You will not get to choose your fax #, or have a toll free line, but you will be able to receive incoming faxes for free.

I use TrustFax.com for all outgoing faxes. For $4.95 a month (a little less if you pay for a full year) you can send out 50 pages a month. You can also receive faxes, but that is part of your 50 pages per month. I have the incoming faxes disabled. I use a fax very rarely so 50 pages is plenty for me. Most of my documents are scanned and then sent via email.

Hope that helps. Best of luck to you.

Michelle

I use trustfax as well and pay the 4.99 since I receive most correspondence from clients through email. It is great though when searching quotes for clients from vendors that do not utilize email.

Thanks guys, I'll look into the other one's. My husband and I were discussing this last night and we decided that a site that's been down for that long probably isn't very reliable and wouldn't do much for the business image anyway. Thanks so much for your help.

I have the same perception. It's been 4 months and most previous customers if not all already pick another provider by now. So even if they gonna be up tomorrow, I'd still be wary of getting a service from them.
