For now I use fiona@ as it gives it that personal touch. If I was to be come alot larger in my business (Multi VA's etc) I may consider going with info@ or admin@. But people expect to talk to me so that is what they get.
I've seen admin@ info@ and hello@ used for large companies and sites where the contact is 'anonymous' but for a smaller company with a single service provider, I agree with Fiona that a personal touch is nice. I'd use donna@

I have several websites (business, podcast, etc.) and most I use darlene@, but for some where it is a collaborative effort with another individual I use info@. I always use darlene@ on my business cards.
Personally I wouldn't use info@, admin@ or similar. Too many spammers use these addresses to get through. You don't want them doing that to you and your domain. Stick with your name, business name or something different and set up the other addresses to fail so you don't get inundated with spam.
