I've seen enough typos and broken sentences in email autoreplies lately that I thought I'd share a friendly reminder to double check yours to make sure it reflects the level of professionalism you want to portray.

Your email autoreply may be a potential client's first interaction with your company. If it's poorly written, badly formatted, contains typos or grammatical errors or ends with a half-sentence/cut off text and/or links it's not only ineffective but could leave a negative first impression.

I will add that if you are connected to a network, don't forget to change both your internal and external message. I received a auto-reply from a friend the other day that said she would be out of the office May 25-28. She had turned it off 5 months ago for other employees within her company, but had forgotten to turn it off for people that e-mail her outside the company.
