Hi All,

I use ringcentral.com, all I do is customize my cover sheets and they allow you to split billing and itemize costs. (I do this because it is my personal fax system-initially) and I wanted to utilize it before having to sign up for another and pay more money it costs me 7.95 a month. The key is to sign up when they have specials.

I don't have a separate fax line, but I do have a working fax just in case. I hadn't needed to send/receive a fax in years until today, when I needed to send some paperwork to the bank. I simply plugged it into my business phone line and sent it. Other than that, I usually use an online service such as DocuSign.net for my contracts, documents, etc.

I don't have a separate fax line either, just an all in one printer, copier, scanner and fax attached to my phone line. The fax function has only been used a few times in the past year and that was for personal stuff.

I use Ring Central for both my phone and fax line, it works out really great since I can receive both voice mails and faxes emailed to me.

I also use Ring Central, it includes a fax number as part of my phone package. I've already used it a few times and I love that I can send things right from my computer and receive faxes to my computer then I choose if the paper is really necessary.

Ditch the Fax line, like everyone else has mentioned. I have been in business full time for 3 and a half years I faxed something 1 in the whole time and most of my clients don't have a fax line either.
