Default Conference Call Service Recommendations
Hello fellow virtual professionals,

May I please ask for your recommendations for a conference call service? Below are the requirements:

· designated dial in number

· recording option

· up to 20 people on the line at once (mainly only be using 4-5 people)

Would like:

· Webcam capabilities for more than two parties (can do one to one with webcam for free on skype)

I'm aware of www.freeconference.com and www.bwccom.com but am not sure of webcam capabilities.

Thank you so much for any feedback you can give me!

Free Conference Call does not have video capabilities, but does have the free recording. Here are some other options to check out that include all of the features you want:

ooVoo (free side includes upto 3 people), 6 people if you pay $10/month
Tokbox - similar to Skype, but only one person is required to have a Tokbox account

If you have a toll free number, some companies offer the conference and webcam as part of the toll free number.

There are so many conference lines out there and another one to add to your list is:

http://www.instantconference.com/ free and http://www.go2meeting.com has a 20 day free trial.

The below may or may not be free not sure. I can't remember off the top of my head but I think they offer both a free and paid service.

http://www.uconference.com
http://www.affordableconferencing.com
http://www.aitelephone.com
http://www.simplicitycall.com
http://www.audioconferencing4u.com

Hope I helped

Another option is WebEx and they have a 14 day free trial. They offer webcam capability, meeting recordings and a designated dial-in number. I have used them quite a bit with no issues and would recommend them.

Hope this helps!

I am bumping this up as I have to schedule a conference call for Monday. There will be 10 people on the line but we don't need webcam capabilities. Any new suggestions?

We use SaveOnConferences.com - once you set up your account, you always use the same dial-in number and account access code; you simply notify everyone of when the call is to be held. They charge .089/minute/person involved in the call.

Our last conference call was 1hr/10min w/4 participants and cost $24.54. (a few people came on/jumped off early).

10 people - 30 minutes = approx $30 w/tax

Thank you. This service looks like exactly what I need.
