Appointment Setting as a service - special phone system?
Hi my fellow VAs,
This question is for those that offer appointment setting as a service. I am thinking about offering appointment setting as a service. I am familiar with services such as Google Voice, but I wonder if this is feasible if you provide appointment setting for several different clients. Is there a special telephone system program that you use for receiving calls, or is the client's business line forwarded to your business line? Any suggestions and clarity is greatly appreciated.
