Default Anyone used faxtastic?
Has anyone experience using faxtastic before?

I'm looking for a fax service that is cheap but reliable. I'd prefer to pay a one off fee as apposed to monthly, that way I know it's paid for.

I came accross a company called faxtastic, it looks good but can't find any reviews.

Has anyone used them? https://www.faxtastic.co.uk

Hi Kelly,
I haven't heard of them or tried them. Have you looked into the free services like eFax or Fax Zero?

Also, you might gage what kind of need you have for fax services. I really haven't had a need. Mostly, I'll just scan in a document and send it off via email as a PDF. And then I've used eFax to receive faxes via email.

I did take a look at the site. It looks like a convenient service and it's a bonus for you that it's UK based. Let us know what you decide.

I agree, eFax is a great service and FaxZero is a wonderful FREE service [limited numbers of faxes per day, but if you don't need to fax often it suits just fine] http://faxzero.com/

I'm curious if you decided to go with the UK-based service also.

I have also looked at finding a free fax service to use with Vista Home Premium and came across Fax4Office but am not so keen on it any more because I have to download Microsoft fax console software. Faxing used to be accommodated with XP and earlier operating systems. So... I will have a look at eFax.

Really getting a lot out of posts. Will make more of an effort to post once I wean myself off being an "actual" assistant instead of a VA!

I have had efax for about a year now and love it. It has been a great tool and easy to use. Do not get an 800 number unless you want to pay a monthly bill though.
