Happy new year, everyone!
Does anyone have experience on PayPal reversing a payment RECEIVED, or does the client have to initiate that? I have a client who made a double payment. She just made the payment and I couldn't quickly find a way to reverse it, so I told her I can send her a check today for the duplicate payment or take it off the remaining work I have to do for her.
I don't deal with PayPal often, so haven't run across this. (Also, I think she's paying with a credit/debit card rather than a PayPal account, if that makes any difference.)
