They need to put a version of it within QBO. Like they have credit card payments which I don't use as my clients don't want to use credit cards, but if someone it could actually be an option with QBO that would be great. I would pay $ .50 per monies received as I am paying much more than that for PayPal.

Finally finding the time to look into this further - while it won't work for all of my payment processing needs (they don't have the recurring payment options I frequently use with PayPal) I do love the idea of cutting the cost of rec'ving client payments to a flat fifty cents.

Is there anyone else who's now been using this for a while and can report on any issues, etc?

Thanks!

i just signed up with intuit go payments....how hard is it to get a client to give you their card information to process a payment? Or should i just make client visits for them to swipe their card?

Alisa,

You don't need to use the credit card option (the fees for that are comparable to Paypal's fees for CC). If client is willing to connect their bank account, then you won't need access to any of their personal info.

I don't collect any payment information from my clients. They just go to the link provided and set up their bank to make payments. I only have one client who won't do that. The rest of my clients actually love it.

I will have to check this out! Right now I use Intuit GoPayment and I like it because there are no monthly fees of any kind. I have had way too many issues with PayPal so I don't use PayPal any longer.
