It's bookkeeping software online and it works. I'm not sure you can upgrade to a paid version or not, but I tried it out and I like it.

You can also use Quickbooks Simple Start which is also free. However, if you are going to use a free online program, I would strongly advise backing up your data so you don't loose all your financials.

Freshbooks.com is great, too. And it has an iPhone interface so I can time-track on the go.

I use Freshbooks and Outright in tandem with one another and, for me, it's all I need right now. They work great (I do have QB that I use for a client, but I don't need all that right now).

Has anyone tried Radmin for remote access? I am thinking about getting it. The cost is $175 for 50 users. What do you guys think? Any other suggestions or known freeware for remote access that is also offering secure file transfer? Thanks!

I also use Freshbooks and Outright. Both work perfectly for me. Also PayPal activity is linked so works all together great!

These are all online accessable? I will definitly check them out.

I use both Freshbooks and Outright, also. However, I'd like to migrate to one program that does it all. Outright has everything that I need (tracking of expenses, sales, etc), but does not allow for invoicing. You can add that information in to the program, but it will not physical generate an invoice.

That's where Freshbooks comes in. But, if you stick with the free version, you are only alllowed to have 3 clients. That doesn't work for me. So, I use Freshbooks for my recurring clients (Freshbooks has that awesome feature) and for all other invoices, I still have to use PayPal.

Any suggestions????

I always recommend the QuickBooks Simple Start free version because it not only does it all, it also upgrades to QuickBooks Pro seamlessly and you don't have to re-enter anything. Besides - the program is free and we all like free, right?

I really like what I'm seeing with outright. Think I'll sign up when I get home. Especially since it does the taxes for me. That I really like.I really hate accounting.
