Hi All

I have a client who runs virtual mailing addresses - post comes to his business centre, then he parcels it up and sends it on, charging a small monthly amount plus postage at cost.

What's the best way to get paid for this? Google Checkout, Paypal, others???

I know the company that does my internet phone also has an auto top up on my balance - any idea how?

Would appreciate any ideas - we're only talking about £25 a time and I don't want to spend days chasing his clients for such small amounts as it's not cost effective...

Hi Sara, sorry for such a late reply here! BUT - I would set up a PayPal subscription [you can do this easily in your PayPal Merchant Services tab]

Subscriptions are great because they are automatically recurring - only issue is that it will be for the same amount each time... but you could at least set up the portion that you know is always going to be billed and then invoice later [maybe once a month?] for the additional charges.

That would be my best suggestion - hope that helps!
I realize this reply comes quite late and you've likely already put something in place - if you're not using PayPal I'd be curious to know what solution you found?
