Question Changing your Niche

I have been trying to tweek my work at home VA business for 4 years now.
I am having a hard time getting it off the ground. There is nothing I offer that a zillion other people dont do and some probably much better than me!
Since I have been working for the US Census Bureau as a Recruiting Assistant/Examiner I love this type of work. I am out in the public talking to people and meeting LOTS of great individuals.
Maybe just because all of my previous life work experience has been office/customer service/admin assistant type jobs that may not be what I am suited for. I just assumed that I should go with something I have been doing forever
Has anyone run across a web site that lets you test to find the area that suits you best according to your personality?
I don't know how I can incorporate this recruiting experience into a career direction but I have found something I feel passionate about and LOVE doing.
Any suggestions?
Greatfully awaiting any posts.

Wow! Thanks Dognose. Those are excellent website suggestions. I love taking tests (I know I'm weird) and they confirmed that I am in the right line of work. I am going to have my son take a few of these tests too. Maybe they can guide him towards what careers will be best for his personality.

What about tapping into the HR field? You could help employers find candidates for their open positions - search through resumes, make interview appointments, etc. What about helping individuals with their resumes and job search? You said you like to work with people, so that is why I thought of that.

I am SURE you are going to find something that suits you. I know where you are coming from. Believe me!

Those tests sound great! I need to go take a look at some of those myself!
