I've done enough newsletters for other people I think its about time I did my own!

Shari,
Mail Chimp takes a little getting used to, but you won't have any problems. Just do a practice email first instead of trying to do the actual email. They just upgraded their service too, so it's supposed to be easier to use than the old version. I haven't played with it since the upgrade though. I use Constant Contact for a client (it was his account before he became my client) and I've had so much trouble with it. All my information will just
disappear occassionally, and there are lots of little quirky bugs. It's a real pain when you've spent all that time on the newsletter and it disappears before your eyes. I've heard the same thing about Aweber as well.
The other thing that's nice with Mail Chimp is that you can make it look like your own email service and resell it to your clients. You don't have to have "Mail Chimp" anywhere on it, like with Constat Contact. Now it's a new service I offer my clients, too. Plus, since you can choose to pay for each email you send, rather than a monthly fee for a certain number of emails, it works out great for me to resell it. I love that I have complete control over the design too and I'm not stuck using some template someone else created. I really highly recommend it. If you need any help with it, let me know.
