Hi Rhonda, my first thought is WOW it's really long! Not because it's too much information but because it must be a LOT of work for you to put these together each month, especially using a website template as you are...

Have you thought about creating this in Word or Publisher or similar so that you could add a little graphic or image here and there, printing to PDF and then setting up a newsletter signup page with a form, etc. to automate that process? [Do you currently physically email each person who has subscribed?]

I think the information you're presenting is great, especially for people interested in learning more about becoming a virtual office assistant or finding tips for growing a new business.

I'm not sure what kind of feedback you're seeking, so I hope that helps!

Tess, It is actually done in PDF and there is a link at the bottom of the page to the PDF version. I send the PDF as an attachment via email, but also include the lengthy version you are talking about as a text so that those that don't have adobe or ability to read the PDF. Please see the attached PDF link at the bottom of the web page. Perhaps I shouls put the PDF link at the top of the page so that it is easier for people to find. The PDF I think is much nicer. Please take a look at it when you have a chance. Oh, and I basically copy and paste it once it's all done to the website! Thanks! Rhonda

Very nice newsletter. Newsletters are hard work, and these come across as friendly, inclusive and there are learning points in there. Good work. I've put your website in my favourites to visit again. Perhaps a 'subscribe to' would be a good thing to add.

I would if I knew how. I am by no means a website savvy person. Creativeness I can do, but the actual web work it takes me a while to figure things out. I will work on it though and see if I can get it in there. Thanks for your comments and suggestions!

Yes, it looks MUCH different, and quite wonderful - I didn't realize.
With that in mind my first suggestion is to link to the PDF somewhere much more visible.

The content itself is great but I love the 'designed' look of the PDF version.

Thanks Tess. I did put a link at the top of the page that is more visible and I also added a form they can subscribe to the newsletter on the main newsletter page. I am not completely happy with the form, but it works for now until I can get a custom one!
