Has anyone used Exact Target for email marketing campgaign? My client wants me to look into it..

She uses Outlook and when she got a newsletter from a company using ET she could see all the graphics. When she go a newsletter from a company using Constant Contact she had to go the extra step to download (right click) on the graphics. She doesn't like that and insists it is something CC can resolve. I tried to explain to her that it is s security issue in Outlook but she doesn't understand why one program automatically downloads the graphics and the other doesn't. Does anyone know why?

I haven't even heard of Exact Target and had to go look it up to learn more about it. I couldn't find anything in their info that would explain why the graphics that came through didn't need to be approved once they landed in the client's email inbox so I'm afraid I don't have a good answer for that... I don't have a good answer for this but am curious now about their program so am going to take a test drive.

I'm also wondering if you've had a chance since posting this to use Exact Target and what your thoughts were?
