I am only familiar with MyEmma email marketing.
I would like to branch out.
What I like about myemma is the customization of the newsletters, and analytics about who opens the emails, etc.
Are there any other services similar to this?
And how are they, in terms of prices?
Aweber is my favourite service, starts at 19.95 a month. Has some great reports, customization options for templates, html editing is easy, it's clean and the support and help reference is pretty good.

There's also iContact, Constant Contact, Vertical Response and Mail Chimp. Those are some of the other commonly used ones. I also like Aweber quite a bit. I don't really care for Vertical Response. iContact is pretty good for it's price range. Also, 1 Shopping Cart includes a newsletter component.
If you are going to use autoresponders, I recommend Aweber. If not, I recommend Constant Contact. Although 1Shopping Cart has autoresponders, I'm more impressed with Aweber autoresponders.
