Default Marketing Letter
Not sure if i am posting this in the right place.

I was wondering if anyone had a marketing letter you send out to potential businesses? This would be a intro letter not a welcome packet.

I looked through the document library but i could be missing it.

would anyone be willing to share

thank you
cathy

Good question Cathy! I've been searching for the same. I've looked on MS office templates but there's nothing suitable there either.

Hi Cathy

Rather than find a generic introductory letter, why not devise one of your own? Just remember to keep it brief and to the point. My introductory letter also includes a special offer discount voucher, which runs to the end of October.

I'm happy to proof read something for you if you would like to PM it to me.

Good luck

There are a lot of sources online you can check out. One that I like to use is .docstoc. Another awesome resource is the book The Virtual Assistant's Guide to Marketing by Michelle Jamison.

Thanks guys, I think i've got it in hand.

I've just emailed a few local companies asking if it's ok to send out a brochure to them, so I've done what I needed to do!

Thanks for the input

I sent out a newsletter. But I also have an introduction letter that I use for people without email addresses listed.

It really depends if you want to go to the expense of producing a brochure. I am planning on having some glossy z cards done in the near future to use as a marketing tool, but for now I am sticking to my newsletters and introduction letters.

I'm planning on sending out brochures, but only to rhode businesses that are interested, it gets expensive otherwise.

I've got some brochures printed from vista print, I paid £37 for 50 which I think is about $18, I just had them delivered this morning and they are excellent!

Last time I look Kelly the $ was about double to the £ so I would think it closer to $74 than $18 unfortunately!
