Default Infusionsoft
Do we have anyone using Infusionsoft? I have had a few clients ask me about it. I am looking for a good course to do also if anyone can recommend one.

Cheers

Jodie

I can only speak from my limited experience with Infusionsoft so hopefully other VAs with more extensive experience will chime in! I found it very frustrating, and I'm usually very quick with new software. At the time I was using it the backend was just not at all intuitive or user friendly.

It has some very powerful features though and is pretty robust - function seemed great, form - not so much. Maybe it's been updated since then... I'd certainly hope so!

I don't have a course recommendation but hope my response will bump your thread and bring more answers!

Thanks for bumping Tess. It seems to be the big mover at the moment and want to learn and get ahead.

I have heard it can be very testing to learn.

Did you try using the SEARCH feature (top right of the site in the main menu) to look for other threads on 'Infusionsoft' - you may find older conversations that could help give you some insight... Good luck!

I know Infusionsoft and am not a fan. I no longer offer support for it since I too get frustrated with it.

Infusionsoft has an extensive set of tutorials for set-up and use. I think they have a trial version but am not 100% on that.

Personally I found other programs to be more cost effective and easier to use. The one thing that I really did not like about them is they have no archive or sharing features for their blasts. For example, if you create a newsletter you will have no archive that you can share with just anyone. This may have changed but I know that was my biggest gripe.

Thanks for the comments Lee and Tess. I have heard it is very frustrating (maybe why so many people are looking for support).

Warm regards

Jodie

I love Infusionsoft! I have several clients that use it and I personally prefer it to some of the other CRM's on the market.

I'm looking for people who really know how to use Infusionsoft. I need a list to refer to.

Hi there,
I'm at InfusionCon now and am reaching out to Infusionsoft VA's. You wouldn't BELIEVE how many people here need a good Infusionsoft VA. My business is so big right now that I can't take on any additional service clients. I'm looking to build a list of IS VA's that I can refer to.

I'd love to chat with you.

Jennie

PS: I will be testing people to make sure they really know Infusionsoft. You would be amazed how many people say they know Infusionsoft and yet really don't. LOL

PPS: This is for real. I've talked to a LOT of people and know of many more resources. I've also been telling people that I'm building this list and I've already gotten an email from someone I don't know. :-)

Yes, Infusionsoft seems to have some "Big Names" behind it for those who are using it, but depending on the market you are targeting for clients it's most likely out of the price range for most. It's costly and most small, solo or micro businesses can't afford the high ticket price of Infusionsoft.

If it's something that's being requested by your clients or your target market then it makes sense to use it and learn it, but with all of the clients I have had recently only 1 was moving to use it. The rest hadn't heard of it before and I wouldn't recommend it to them because it had too much for what they needed.

I believe Sharon Broughton of the TechieVA is offering a program on Infusionsoft, I've never taken it so I can't vouch for what the program is like.
