Because text looks soooooooo much better in IE than any other browser. And it's not that it's bigger, it's just sharper & clearer. Firefox has a lot of add-ons. I also use Thunderbird for email. Outlook never works right on my computer. It does okay for a little while then freezes up when retrieving email. Never had a problem with thunderbird, and it has it's own calendar and everything I have Chrome, but when I used it, it wasn't compatible with some sites.
