Default Constant Contact question
I have a question about Constant Contact.
Ok, say I am using it for my business to sent emails...great.

But say I have 3 clients that I am sending out emails for to their clients.

Do you have to pay for 3 separate accounts? Can you change the "from" email for each client.

If not, is there a similar company that allows you to have more than one "user" per account?

Thanks!! Nicole

I've always had my clients set up their own accounts, with their own credit cards - that way there's no confusion over who's company owns the contacts list, and is responsible for compliance with spam laws.

I'd recommend this approach as opposed to you paying all of your client's marketing invoices and then waiting to be reimbursed.

To answer one of your other questions, most email marketing services that I've worked with let you manually set the 'from' email address for each send (there's a default but it can usually be edited)

I'd like to add that when the accounts are set up, the client's information is input into the account information area. So not only is the From address in the client's name but the name of the client, company name address also appears by default within the email. So not only would the FROM account have to be changed as would the client information so that the wrong client info does not appear in the email.

A separate account paid for by the client is the best recommendation as Tess suggested. That's how I handle that as well.

Constant Contact has great customer service and can easily answer your questions. 1-866-876-8464 .
