Default Constant Contact
Does anyone use constant contact to promote their business? How is it different from icontact?

I use Constant Contact with a client and adore it. I think as my mailing list of potential clients grows I might also take advantage of it.

I haven't used iContact so I can't compare, but I have also used MailChimp and really preferred Constant Contact.

I preferred the layouts and they way the editing is handled of both the text and the layout. I really like the way the mailing lists are handled, my client sends different focused newsletters to 5 groups so it's nice to be able to simply breakdown and manage those lists. I just had a more overall user friendly experience with Constant Contact then with MailChimp.

I so appreciate your response/answer. I have a new client (possibly) who wants to send newsletters via email blasts. I am familiar with Constant Contact and have not used Mail Chimp. This helps....Thanks

Happy to help, the one thing I do think is in MailChimps favor is they have a free package, the downside being there is a mailchip logo on it, but for some that not be an issue. It was a deal breaker for my client, as it would be for me.

I have been reluctant to invest in Contant Contact without a sufficient base of client need. I'm not familiar with Mail Chimp but it may be an option for me. I appreciate the ifo shared in this thread.

You might start with MailChimp and if you decide to move elsewhere once you've got a list that would be fine.

Honestly there are so many options out there it often comes down to a preference.

Thanks, Stacey. I will ease into it since it's new territory for me.
