I would love examples of what the design of the referral card looks like and the company profile and letters, as well.

Hi Kim,
I would really love a copy too if you have one - I am only just starting out and VA's are still a pretty new concept in Tipperary, Ireland so I think I may need all the help I can get.
Thanks,
Lara

Has anyone purchased the guides from here and customized them to suite your practice? I am thinking of doing this.

I never even thought about a Welcome packet until I saw it mentioned on this forum. Good ideas. Now that I have my VA book and contracts to personalize, I am going to implement some of these ideas for my next "new" client! Thanks! I get excited when I learn new things to freshen up my business! ;-)

I do not include an invoice in the welcome packet because it is something I send before I sign with the client.

Janine,

Forgive me if I don't follow - but what are the 100 things a VA can do in an hour? - where can I find that list.?
