Default Welcome letter
I was wondering if anyone knew of a sample welcome letter on here, (not sure if I just missed it in the forms/contracts), or if anyone would care to touch base on what they include in theirs. I don't want one that's really long, but I want to make sure I'm including the basics.
I plan on having a welcome letter and then on a separate page, my business policies, procedures, etc.

Thanks for the help!!

LaVon,

I don't have a welcome letter template in my welcome packet. What I have is a letter which gives a brief summary of my qualifications, my background and what I can offer clients. This is not a customized letter to the client. It is a general letter that gives a brief synopsis about me and then a more detailed note about what I can do for clients.

I include copies of testimonials in my welcome packet as well as my business policies regarding payment, deposit, method of payment, hours of operation, 30 day termination notice, non-payment penalties and so on.

I include what I expect from clients regarding communication and what I will offer in return.

But that actual welcome letter is more generic in nature focusing on what my background can do for any client.

I wrote this letter over time. It has been fine-tuned as time has gone on. I inserted a headshot of myself as well.

Janine

Thank you for the feedback Janine!
I started working on a letter last night and hope to have it polished and ready to go soon.
I like the idea of including a head shot on the letter!

Thanks again!
