Default Quality assurance
Hi,
As part of my business' quality assurance, I am offering ongoing clients a monthly review meeting to make sure that their needs are being met and to discuss other possible areas I can be of assistance. Do you think this is an effective way of creating a good professional relationship with clients? Are there other things I can put into place to ensure quality assurance?
