Question Need Help - Quick!!!
I just landed a meeting with a company to introduce my VA practice and the meeting is tomorrow!!!! but I feel I also feel like because I'm not sure what all to include in my introduction packet.

There is a potential of landing several service agreements within this company and also will be given potential leads to other companies who may utilize my service.

Please advise what should be included in my packet1

What do you have ready so far?
Definitely have ready contracts on hand, lots of business cards...

Here's a thread that might help 'What's in Your Welcome Kit?'

I'm sure you'll get plenty of responses to help guide you!
Best of luck tomorrow - keep us posted on how it goes

Hi Tess!

Thanks for your quick response and the referrenced thread. So far, I have my business cards, brochure, and introduction letter. After reading the other threads, some referenced a contract. I do have a contract, but do not have it included in my packet -as this is an introductory meeting. Is it appropriate to have a contract on the first meeting?

Just in case! Maybe don't include it in the packet but have it on hand - you never know

Today I met with 8 potential clients. And in each packet there was a contract. That way it's already in their hands and when they're ready, they just sign it and send it.

Thanks Sue:

What other vital information did you include in your packet?

This meeting was not only for my services, but for my husband's web design and small business consultancy also. So I had quite a bit. But for my business, I had the contract, business cards, my postcards with my special summer offer, and a brochure.

Hi

Wow, 8 clients in one day! That rocks!

In mine I have the following:

1) Cover Letter
2) Bio
3) Proposal (Just a general overview of what I can do for them - bulleted
4) Press Release
5 Price Sheet
6) Testimonals (2)
7) Samples (optional, depends on client)
8) One of my articles where I was featured in a national maga
9) Magnet, business card, gift certificate (Seems like a lot but it's not all together in the binder.

Thanks!
