Default Informational/Welcome Packet
Hi, I'm trying to put together an informational/welcome packet (thanks to everyone for all of the item ideas in other posts).

Here is what I'd like to do...

I'd like to have a folder with maybe 6 pages total (3 on each side). I would like to tier them so that each page is clearly seen....full page, 3/4 page, 1/2 page...something like that. My "marketing" pages would kind of correspond to the pages you'd find on a website (What is a VA, Company Philosophy, Services and Rates, etc). For the other forms and such, maybe one of my pages could be sort of a cover page with the forms behind it.

Has anyone put together this type of information/welcome packet before? Would you put your company logo on each page or just use your branding colors (for page headings) and have the logo on the front of the folder?

Thanks,

Absolutely you should have your company logo and branding on every page. They should look very uniform. I would use the same basic shell of the page for each of them and just change the content. also make sure your contact info is on every page in case one of the pages gets separated feom the others. If a potential client wants to contact you and finds one of your pages you want them to know how to get you. Make sure to put your website address on everything as well.

I also recommend that you also email the same package as a pdf. So many companies are trying to go green and eliminate excess paper. Show your clients that you also care about the environment.

I include my logo on all the pages in my welcome package as well as my URL. I also include a extra business cards and brochures just incase they want to share. ~Carla
