You might want to take a look at Tina Hilton's '100 Ways to Utilize a Virtual Assistant' here to get some ideas. Her thread on VAF discussing the same which is here might also be useful. I often find that resources like these can help me to generate more ideas when identifying tasks that are specific to my VA business. Good luck!
Other than administrative services you could mention also how you could help with networking and marketing their business. I also offer administrative services including social media networking and desktop publishing. These are things you possibly do that they may be interested in as well. I don't know if this helps but that's what came to mind so I thought I'd share.
