Posts: 165 Re: Speed Networking - Have You Tried it? Our Chamber of Commerce is offering it as well, but I'm not a member yet, as I'm launching between mid September and beginning of October. I do attend the Women in Business group and they do that as well. Last time they asked us to join into small groups and every person had a few minutes to talk about their business and the others were able to ask questions. I like this format better than sitting down and saying your elevator speech over and over again.

For those of you who aren't sure if there are groups near you, I would recommend going to meetup.com and seeing what kind of business groups you can join in on. I love the site, and because of it, I am scheduled to attend a networking type business meeting at least once a week. I think face to face is the better way to market, and cheaper... Ronni
