You have seen the banner advertising the trade show a number of times and wonder whether you should participate. In trepidation you call the organisers, and to your surprise you are advised that you may participate. You are excited, however you do not know where to start.
Here are some guidelines for promoting your virtual assistance business at a trade show or exposition.
* Know your product well and share that knowledge. A well thought out and themed PowerPoint presentation is a good way to explain the concept of virtual assistance and the services your offer. Include a display of your website in the presentation, and present the slide show as a looped presentation which visitors view while waiting for a guided tour.
