Just wanted to do a little happy dance!
I just returned from my monthly networking event and I'm excited...I had at least 4 people(people besides my network table who have to listen to my sphiel) ask me for my card and information about my services. Out of the blue practically. Very cool...plus I had the president of the association speak with me about helping to put on a huge event for the entire city(I'm in Atlanta). I'll get to meet with influential business people all over the city as well as meet and greet the visitors to the event. You can't buy that kind of publicity. A perfect example of the benefits of networking.
