I don't know what to wear or what to say. It is a "top-tips" meeting and we also have 1 minute to give a top-tip for businesses. I'm bringing a pile of business cards and a handful of brochures. Any other tips to get over this nervousness and be better prepared?

Enjoy it, have fun. Try not to feel like your trying to sell something (thats always a problem for me) just put the information out there about what you do and how great you are at running your business.
