Hi Fellow VAs!

I know I've posted a thread on this before, but I have to share another tidbit about this group. The networking group called "Girl Power Hour" started in 2007 and I just popped onto their website again and they redesigned their entire website and have more sponsors than ever.

It has grown by leaps and bounds and I'm amazed that I haven't attended one of these yet. I'm going to attend their event in October, as it's closer to home for me.

On their contact page, they do advertise that they are willing to help someone else start up chapters in other cities, so check them out! I think you'll love the site and the concept. Once I attend the October event, I'll post a thread on what the event was like!

I just checked out this site and it looks very interesting. Of course, the meetups are nowhere close to me! Sigh. I am going to look into starting one here in town. We don't really have anything here for other business women to get together, that is FREE. Thanks for the heads up

Be sure to contact them--they just started a chapter in our state much closer to me and I know they'd be interested in growing their networking to other cities. I read somewhere on their site that they want to expand, so check them out!
