Great post Darlene! I think the interactivity of a well-made video can help engage and impress website visitors, it's also a nice way to get your message across apart from the static text on the page - it's such an underused marketing tool.

I totally agree and it is definitely underused on websites. I see it used more and more on sites like Youtube, Vimeo and the like -- but use on websites is still not the norm. Someday soon, hopefully that will all change
