Outsourcing - tell your clients?
Hi everyone, - don't know how I missed the subcontracting category but I found a similar question so no need to reply. Thanks!!
I have reached a point where I may need to outsource overflow. My question is do your existing clients know that certain tasks may be outsourced? I only have a few tasks that don't require a login or something specific to the client to complete. Everything else involves a system or login or access that I've been given from that client. Although it's a task I could outsource, I think I need to ask permission from my client? I do have a confidentiality clause in my subcontractor agreement but I'm torn about whether that is enough.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Thanks
Katie
