Thanks for feedback! We dont want to do BOTH, so we're going to 'go' with skills focus for now.

Skill or Service Catagory seems to work best. Good Luck on everything.

Fabulous that your business is expanding. In addition to creating a press kit for your site, I recommend that you contact the local media and tie your changed business model to growth of a new economy -- or being an example of how a small business can grow even though there are rough -- which may result in your being interviewed by local media. Then you can run that interview on your site and send a link to clients.

Just another suggestion.

Congratulations on the growth of your business!

Definitely start using the "we" term and adjust yoru "elevator speech" to include the benefits of having a team. When I went from "we" to "me", I found it very easy to explain to clients and prospects. Many were actually pleased with the growth. It has been several years since I have added subs to my practice and I must say it is one of the best business decisions I made.

A word of caution...it depends on who you are adding as to how much you want to brag about them. If it is someone you know well (husband, friend, previous co-worker) it is probably beneficial to talk about them in your newsletter. However, if just a new sub, you might want to be a little protective before you brag about them too much. I had to go through a few "difficult subs" before I found a great group of committed subs that work well with me and my clients.

Congratulations Viki!

These are great suggestions. I was contemplating whether I should announce someone I'm adding to my team. I think I'll write a press release.
