Hi all

Has anyone here setup a VA business where you employ the VA's directly and are responsible for bringing in business and managing billing, VA training, etc?

I've seen Longer Days in the US which seems to work quite well.

I think it would be good for VA's who don't want the hassle and difficulties of setting up on their own, finding clients, chasing unpaid invoices. They would simply be paid for their time whether the client pays up or not, ensuring peace of mind!
