Wow! Although this article was started about 2 years ago. It is right on time in my business right now. I am bursting out of seams right now, with 2 new clients signing on, and 2 showing back up for a full work load.

Great article Rita! It is definitely something to think about as we grow ourb businesses. Do you have suggestions on how you come up with those individuals who you would like to subcontract with? Do you have them give you samples of their work?

Wonderful information! I am new to the Virtual business arena and would also like to one day grow to be more of a vessel to connect businesses with the services they need without having to do them all myself.
