Hi everyone,
My name is Bernice and I have been a VA on and off since 1996. I started with computer training and web design, have had to upgrade my skills along the way and a few years ago took on a full time job when I received an offer I couldn't refuse. You could say I have done a bit of everything on the office services side.

Recent changes in my life have opened the option of becomming a VA full time. I came across this forum and hope that not only can I can provide some mentoring tips to others, but also gain more information to run my busines better and thus serve my customers well.

It is time to look at my business from a fresh perspective so that it remains interesting for me too. I have so many things to do before I take on clients.

Thanks to everyone on the wonderful support, just what the doctor ordered. I have found that the hardest thing to do so far is to find the amount to charge. I don't want to sell myself short but then I guess I can raise my prices if need be. ooops, just answered my own question.
