Hi everyone! My name is Jamie and I've been lurking here for awhile. I am finally taking the plunge and buying my domain name this weekend (before the 1/2 off sale is over at 1and1.com!) and plan to officially open in the next month.

I'm 26 and have an almost 4 year old daughter who starts preschool next month. I've been home with her for about 3 years, and while I love it, I also want to start contributing more to the finances. I also have a wahm business making hair bows and other accessories. I actually plan on having that be my niche.... other wahms who are too busy or don't like to do the back end stuff. I have a lot of personal experience in that arena!!

There is so much information here.... I can't wait to really jump in around here!

Thanks everyone! I still haven't actually BOUGHT the domain I am looking at (kind of scared, I think) but what I am looking at for business name and tagline is "A Personal Touch Virtual Solutions - helping you grow your small business with a personal touch". Then I plan on using part of the graphics from my retail site as part of my logo, to tie them together, even though they aren't really related. Can I link to my site so you can see the graphic, or is that considered spamming?
